International Cocktail Party - Speaking Class

                  Hi! My name is faruq. I'm from Egypt in Middle East. I have a Japanese husband so I came to Japan. My family like Kumamoto very much because Kumamoto has beautiful water. My two daughters drink Kumamoto's water with smiling!!! In Egypt, we can't get such beautiful water easily.
                 For the first time, I came to Kumamoto, I thought that the humidity was high because My country is always very dried. However, I get used to hot place because my country was too.
                  My job is veterinarian, so I helped many camels in my country. If your pet got a sick, I could help it whenever.
                  My hobby is star gazing.! When I was in my country, I move somewhere with looking a stars because these teach me a direction. Kumamoto has many buildings so most people can move somewhere easily and they seldom lose their way, but Egypt don't have many buildings. My country has big desert.
                 I want to enjoy Kumamoto as thoroughly as possible. And also, I want you to play with my family. Especially, I want to know about Kumamoto foods or dishes. However, I don't want you to invite to go karaoke because I'm not good at it. Sorry...but I like playing some instruments. Thank you.

Land of the Dinosaues

              This story about children are going on a magic adventure.
The children went through the door the magic house.
" Look at this" said Chip.
"I can take this photograph to school"Biff said.
"don't stop for that. This one could eat us!"
The magic took the children to Biff's bedroom.

              These children have the door of the magic house but I thought "why do they have such a wonderful door?" and Their door likes Dorae-mon's door which called " docodemo-door". I want to have such a wonderful door and I want to take a picture many time too. However I disappointed when I knew that Biff's camera wasn't put a film in spite of she took a photograph of many dinosaur. If she could took that, she would be star in the real world.

My weekend

                 My weekend was so busy because I had many part time job.I have two part time job which are checking student's test at gakushu-juku  and working at sports gem of front. However, I missed a important thing! I was late for class at gakushu-juku because I misunderstood the time of beginning class. I thought that class will begin at 10:30 but actually, class will begin at10:00!! I was very sad when I knew that but I could start at 10:02 because I always go to gakushu-juku early 30minutes before class begin.

Pinocchio

                 I read a picture book. This title is "Pinocchio". My favorite scene is Pinocchio took his fathers shirt in his hand and swims to an island and he saved Geppetto's life. Formerly, he did many bad actions, but he knows his father's life is very important for him, so I think he can be areal boy.

Writing 3 First Class

                       Hey, I am Momoko Niwaki. I was looking forward to see you. I'm a student of Britain and United State department. A year ago, I was a Daiichi High School student, so actually, I met you in the English Camp. My hobby is Cooking something and watching movies, taking pictures, playing the koto, do Japanese calligraphy. I belonged to calligraphy club when I was high school student. When I was a freshman student, I belonged to Japanese tea ceremony club, but now I don't belong to it  because I want to be compatible with  Schoolwork and a part-time job. My part-time job is a teacher at a Waseda cram school.

the aim of new school term

        In this spring vacation, I establish the aim of new school term. There are bouts many aspect of myself. First, it is about studying. Last year, I think that I didn't prepare for classes perfectly. Especially, I didn't study perfectly before reading class. In addition, once in a whole classes I was little sleepy, so I need to sleep enough every night. Then, it is about helping my parents. Both my father and mother have each work, so they can’t do housework sometime. Therefore, I need to do housework as much as possible, for example washing clothes, washing plates, cleaning, and making dishes. Especially, I want to make dishes because I like cooking very much. Next, it is about waking up early because I don’t want to be late for class. Actually, I could it every day when I was high school and junior high school student, but I started part time job at evening last year, so I can’t it now. Maybe it will be difficult for me but I need to go to bed early time after I back to home. 

The host family letter

Dear host family,

      Hey! My name is Momoko. I am a KGU student in japan. I’m really looking forward to meeting you. In this time, I want to introduce about me and know about you, so I wrote this letter.

      Now, in japan, it is very cold, but I like this season because I can celebrate Christmas day and New Year’s Day. In this year, I spent Christmas day with my friends and family.

 First, I went to a restaurant and had a buffet lunch with my friends. I enjoy eating many kinds of dishes. I especially enjoy cooking waffles, but I think I am not good at cooking it, so I want you to teach me how to cook delicious waffles.

     After that, I went to my friend’s house by car. Of cause, I can’t drive a car, so my friend drives. I knew that she had a driver’s license, but I was surprised when she drives a car! By the way, how old is that people can start getting a driver’s license in Australia? Is it uncomfortable that not having a driver’s license?

     After that, I watched a movie called “Haul’s moving castle” at her home. I like movies very much. In japan, Ghibli movies are very famous. What movie is famous in Australia?

     Finally, I went a restaurant to buy a Christmas cake. I chose a chocolate cake because my brother likes chocolate cake very much. I ate it with my family.

I have an older sister and younger brother. My sister is a Kumamoto University student. She is very smart, so I am helped by her many times, moreover she is very gentle. However, she is going to leave Kumamoto for Tokyo on April, so I am very sad.

      My brother is a junior high school student. He is very interested in space science, so he has many books about it.

      The other day, I was given a Christmas present by my father. It was coconut oil which I wanted to have before, so I was very glad. It is very good for the human body, so this oil is very popular. I think I am a little bit of health nerd. What is more, my birthday is the same as Ieyasu Tokugawa’s birthday who was also a health nerd too, but actually, I can’t develop a healthy body in spite of having some knowledge about health.

Therefore, I want you to give me advice.

Recently, I’m interested in Japanese dishes because they are very good for health. They were registered as an Intangible culture heritage. In addition, I want to be a person who can convey Japanese culture in foreign countries in my future.

My mother let me study many Japanese cultural activities, so I can play the koto and do Japanese calligraphy, flower arrangement, tea ceremony, and dancing. In this sense, I am deeply grateful to my parents. However, I need to get high English skill, so I want to talk with you a lot of the time even if I can’t speak English closing at first.
