I choose this book which title is “Chocolate” by Janet Hardy Gould, I
could decide to read this book because I like Chocolate and story of foods very
much. I could learn about world history if chocolate and hoe to make chocolate,
types of chocolate, effect of chocolate, a lot of ways to eat chocolate,
presents of chocolate from this book. All chapters are pretty interesting for
me. Especially, I was surprised about effect of chocolate! I often hear that
many people say it is very delicious flavor after you had hard working, but I
wondered what reasons are. Of course, you know the sugar in chocolate are made
your body be encourage, but I was surprised about chocolate have caffeine!! And
also, I was interested in why white chocolate are white color in spite of there
are not brown color. Actually, many people call it white “chocolate” but, it is
made without cocoa solid and it is mostly cocoa butter, sugar, and milk, so I
think you shouldn’t call it white chocolate…
Be careful of "grad" vs "glad"! Also, you used present tense in some sentences that I think were about the past. That made this entry a little confusing.
