My precious
thing is the koto. This instrument
has very beautiful sound!!! I was given it by my relative who is my grandmother’s
sister. Her name is Kikuko. She is a great teacher of the koto. She was very grad when she hears that I learn how to play the
koto. I had learned how to play the koto
for nine years. When I was an elementary school student, I started to learn it
with my sister. I liked to playing the koto very much! Playing the koto is a part
of my life. Of course, now, I like koto very much too. I‘ll never forget to
hear a performance that Kikuko played the koto for me I wanted to be good at
plying the koto more. It was very nice performance. Therefore, I practiced
more. My teacher of the koto was praised highly this koto’s sound because it
was made from paulownia wood and it is continued to play. It is very important
for me, and I have to continue to play because I want to take over her heart.
I'm not sure what this means: "because I want to take over her heart."
