Staying Healthy


                           Let me introduce about my healyhy life. First, I don’t eat conbini bento or sosai every day, and I eat homemade dishes and homemade bento because conbini bento or sosai include food additives. Second, I always think about eating well-balanced meals. I often take in many carbohydrates, so I am careful about taking in many vegetables. Third, I always am careful about eating order. I always eat meat or fish after eating vegetable, and next I eat rice or bread. This way is good for stomach. If I don’t have vegetable, I drink fruit juice or vegetable juice. And then, the best way is eating yoghurt after eating all dishes.  Fourth, I am always careful about not using smart-phone before going to bed every night because it is very bad for my eyes and, it is disturb for having good sleep. Fifth, I am careful about not sleeping more than seven hours because if you sleep more than seven hours, you will not live a long life.
